Sweet Drops performs home visits in Wichita and surrounding areas allowing you to receive expert care from the comfort of your own home! Using a lactation grade scale, your baby can be weighed before and after a feed, revealing EXACTLY how much breastmilk they took in, answering the number one breastfeeding question: "How do I know how much my baby is getting?"

Sweet Drops offers assistance with the following:

Insurance, Self-Pay, Travel Fees

Sweet Drops Lactation accepts United, Aetna, and Luminare insurance plans through The Lactation Network (TLN) Unfortunately, TLN does not accept BCBS, TriCare, or any form of state insurance (Medicaid). You can use the following link to sign up on their website, fill in your insurance information, and should be approved within several business days. You can list that your concern is "urgent" if you have immediate needs. Most insurance plans will cover visits 100% through TLN. However, some plans may require you to pay a portion of visits. Please read your TLN e-mails closely and ensure you understand your coverage!

WHAT IF I'M NOT COVERED WITH TLN OR WILDFLOWER?

If you are not approved with TLN or Wildflower, Sweet Drops can still see you! Payment will be collected upfront and you will be provided with a superbill (a document that includes medical coding) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please be aware - your insurance company will likely not reimburse you for the full fee.

SELF-PAY RATES

Initial visit: $150

Follow-up visits: $125

Initial visit twins: $200

Follow-up visit twins: $175

Prenatal visits: $150

WHAT IF I JUST WANT ADVICE OVER THE PHONE?

Sounds great! Phone consults are $20.

TRAVEL FEE

This applies to ALL clients for each visit to reimburse for gas and the amount of time it takes to drive from east Wichita. Google Maps is used to calculate exact distance. This is payable in cash or through Venmo.

0-20 minutes: $20

21-30 minutes: $40

31-45 minutes: $60

46-60 minutes: $80
